Recla is a family company from Val Venosta (South Tyrol) and is managed in the third generation by Paul and Robert Recla. About 330 people work at Recla (many have been in the company for decades) and the plant occupies over 50,000 square meters. Recla is member of the Speck Alto Adige Consortium and is specialist in the production of speck. Recla applies the same care and passion to produce Pancetta, lightly smoked and seasoned Cooked Ham, typical South Tyrolean specialties, Cured Ham, gourmet dishes and sausages. Italy is the main market, but about 30% of the production is exported worldwide. The most important countries are Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, the USA and Canada. Recla is a guarantee for quality, reliability, and transparency. For this very reason, the company positions itself as the preferred supplier for major business partners, from retailers to the food industry and large chains of restaurants.
