The Export Plan includes a company description and a SWOT analysis, supported by various market reports—such as product, market, and competitor reports—that provide historical and predictive data for relevant products and target markets. Additionally, a potential analysis helps identify the foreign markets with the highest prospects for success for the company's products or services. A vital component is the Export Readiness Assessment (ERA), which is completed by the company directly on the platform and incorporated into the final plan.
